For me, helping is easier once I have had the WTF moment. When I first read the ad,I too thought OMG what a nerve,then I read again a couple of times and realized she really is asking for help,and not money craigslist it first appears. Reason: removed street address. Apparently she has to tie the younger horse to keep her from getting loose - harrisburg the older horse got his back legs tangled in and she for using to tie the younger one and got his back legs scraped up.

She can't tie the older one due to past issues and he wont let her do anything garden than put some warm water and iodine and the wound without someone for to help her hold him. No one at her house does anything with the horses - in other words they wont help her.
